H3D Isotope Image Compton Camera The design of compton camera is based on a CZT (Cd-Zn-Te) semiconductor radiation detector similar performance as HPGe detector but operated at room temperature with high sensitivity and excellent resolution. This advance technology allows the ionizing electron and Compton scatter transfer to images directly.
